Refund Policy

30-day refund window

If Snagto Pro does not work for your Windows setup, contact us within 30 days of purchase at codewithtaayo@gmail.com. Include the purchase email or order details so we can locate the transaction.

How refunds work

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, so approved refunds are issued through the original payment method according to Dodo's processing timelines. Once a refund is approved, the associated Snagto Pro license may be deactivated.

Exceptions

We may decline requests that are fraudulent, abusive, or outside the refund window. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your country or region.
