Does Snagto send my notes anywhere?
No. Your notes and attachments stay on your Windows device. Snagto does not upload your captures to a cloud service, require an account, or use your notes for analytics or AI processing.
Does Snagto modify my clipboard?
No. Snagto's native capture flow reads supported selections directly. It does not press Ctrl+C for you or add captured content to your clipboard history.
Can Snagto capture text from every app?
Most standard Windows apps work, but some apps and controls don't expose their selection to Windows. This can happen with secure, remote, terminal, canvas-based, or custom interfaces. When Snagto can't access a selection, it tells you rather than silently falling back to the clipboard.
Can I change the capture shortcut?
Yes. You can customize the capture shortcut from Settings to fit your workflow.
What happens when I reach the free capture limit?
Snagto Free includes 20 captures. Your existing notes remain available after you reach the limit. Upgrade to Snagto Pro to continue capturing without limits.
What does Snagto Pro include?
Snagto Pro gives you unlimited captures and lifetime access to the complete Snagto experience with a one-time purchase. There is no subscription or recurring fee.
How do I activate Snagto Pro?
After purchasing Snagto Pro, you'll receive a license key. Enter the key in Snagto's Settings to activate Pro on your device.
How many devices can I activate?
Each Snagto Pro license supports up to 3 active device activations at a time. Deactivate a device from Settings before moving to a new one. If you no longer have access to an old device, contact support from your purchase email.
What if I lose my key or need an activation reset?
Email codewithtaayo@gmail.com from the email used for your purchase. We will verify the order and help resend your key or reset an old activation.
How is payment handled?
Payments are securely processed by Dodo Payments. Snagto does not handle or store your payment card details.
